Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026. Your trust matters. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the controls you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when setting up your Virtual Front Office, including business name, contact details, service offerings, hours, and calendar credentials. We also process call audio, transcripts, SMS messages, and lead information submitted by your callers and website visitors on your behalf.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to configure and operate your Virtual Front Office—answering calls, qualifying leads, booking appointments, sending follow-up messages, and delivering summaries to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Call recordings, transcripts, and lead summaries are retained for a limited period so you can review them in your dashboard. You may request deletion of specific records or your full account data at any time.

4. Service Providers

We work with trusted infrastructure providers for voice AI, telephony, SMS delivery, and calendar sync. These providers process data only to deliver the services you've requested and under obligations of confidentiality.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to record calls in your jurisdiction, for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for complying with applicable laws such as TCPA and HIPAA where relevant. We support on-brand, compliant configuration on request.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to account data is restricted to authorized personnel and is reviewed regularly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in advance. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision.
